RAFFLE RULES FOR FIRE TRUCK RIDE
- Student must attend Goshen Center School in Goshen, CT to enter.
- Ride is for two children (ages 5 and up) to be accompanied by one adult.
- Parent or legal guardian accompanying the child(ren) will meet GFC personnel at the Firehouse and ride along to Goshen Center School to pick up the child(ren). Child(ren) will be picked up at Goshen Center School and dropped off at Goshen Fire Company. If someone other than the Parent or legal guardian is accompanying the child(ren) on the fire truck, they must be listed on the waiver form.
- Parent or legal guardian’s permission is required for child(ren) participating in the ride.
- Raffle form must include child’s name, adult’s name, and phone number.
- Must attend Goshen Fire Company Open House on May 18th, 2025 and complete raffle form to be entered.
- Raffle is FREE.
- Scheduling for ride is subject to Goshen Fire Company availability and emergency response needs.
- Winner will receive notification with contact information to arrange for the ride.
- Signed waiver and photo release form are required.
